De Fleur Box is a floral arrangements business in Omaha operating for almost 5 years. The goal was to build a custom, premium and personalized website that elevates the user experience and represents quality of service that has matured throughout the years.

Challenge

The main challenge was elevating the website to feel premium without disrupting an already working square shop system that was generating conversions.

Approach

I started by talking to the owner and asking questions that introduced me to the gaps and owner's vision for her new site. Then I did audit of the existing website to identify gaps in user flow, visual consistency, and overall experience.

Then based on the strategy, I restructured the layout to make navigation easy and reduce frictions for ordering by adding proper ctas. And adding proper testimonials to increase trust in new visitors.

Solution

The final redesign, without disrupting the existing E-com system, is a smooth, clear and elevated experience while reflecting a more premium and cohesive brand identity. Clear CTAs and trusted Google reviews make it easier for users to move to order. The website is now aligned with the business’ growth- the business that 100% relies on the website.
